Eight new homes from five builders opened their doors for the 74th Annual Parade of Homes, June 5–7 and 12–14, 2026. One $10 adult ticket admitted visitors to every home, and children were free. The 75th Parade returns June 4–6 and 11–13, 2027: Fridays 6–8 PM, Saturdays and Sundays 1–5 PM.

Before you visit
- Tour at your own pace, in any order, during posted hours.
- One ticket admits you to every home on both weekends.
- Children get in free and must be accompanied by an adult.
- No outside food or drink unless provided by the builder. No smoking or vaping in or around the homes.
- Please stay off the grass and out of any mud to avoid tracking dirt.
- Shoe covers may be provided at the door.
