Annual dues
Builder and Associate dues include NTHBA, TAB and NAHB membership.
Additional company members
Affiliate membership is $225 annually for the first additional member, then $80 for each additional Affiliate under a primary Builder or Associate company. Confirm eligibility with the office.
From the 2026 application. Confirm current rates and payment instructions with the office. Renewal is in your joining month each year.
How to join
- Choose Builder or Associate membership.
- Complete the application, including two business references and your signature.
- After your application is processed, NTHBA will email you a secure link to pay your annual dues by card.
