Builder entries
Parade entries are open to NTHBA builder members in good standing. The entry fee is set by the board each fall.
What an entry includes
- Numbered listing on the Parade page with photo, specs, map pin and directions
- A full page in the printed Housing Guide
- Yard sign and directional arrows
- Eligibility for Parade awards and the People’s Choice Award
- Parade tickets to sell at your home
What to provide
- Address and lot location
- Exterior photo (renderings accepted until photos are ready)
- Floor plan and bed / bath / garage / square footage
- A short feature paragraph
- Builder logo, bio and team photo
