Skyline Developers is a family owned Wichita Falls land developer and builder founded in 1960 by the late Elie Lam and still family owned and operated, with Mark Lam as president. Over six decades it has developed residential neighborhoods and built homes across the city, and it also develops and leases commercial property, including warehouses, offices, retail and restaurant space.
Its newest residential development is Eagle Ridge off Turtle Creek Road, where cliff lots with views and interior lots are sold for custom homes of at least 2,000 square feet. Commercial holdings include Fountain Park Village and Market Street Plaza.
