Douglas Custom Homes builds custom homes in Wichita Falls and has been in business since 2002 under president Doug McCulloch. It is the exclusive builder in Bridge Creek Estates, a neighborhood Doug developed with his father Jack McCulloch, and also builds in Candlewood West.
Standard features include foam wall insulation, R-38 attic insulation, tankless water heaters, tile and hardwood floors, custom cabinetry and privacy fencing, with upgrades chosen by the buyer. Doug and his wife Donna came to Wichita Falls in 1993 to develop family land.
