Cheldan Homes is a family-owned home builder based in Fort Worth that has built new homes across the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 1993. Its neighborhoods stretch from Cleburne and Venus to Boyd, Springtown and Graham, where the Pitcock Addition is the community closest to Wichita Falls.
Founder Joey Goss started the company in 1993 and named it after his children, and family members still run it day to day. The company gives a portion of the proceeds from each home to charity, and homes carry a StrucSure warranty with ten-year structural coverage.
