Union Square Credit Union is a Wichita Falls-based credit union organized in 1957 by a group of 30 people looking after the financial needs of Sheppard Air Force Base personnel. Its field of membership has grown beyond the base, and today it runs five branches in Wichita Falls, at Sheppard and in Burkburnett, offering checking, savings, loans and a full mortgage department.
The mortgage team works with first-time buyers, growing families and homeowners refinancing, and members also have access to auto, RV and personal loans, credit cards and business accounts. Deposits are federally insured by the NCUA.
