Proven Surveying is a licensed land surveying firm in Wichita Falls led by Brad Litteken. It surveys lots, acreage and commercial property across North Texas for a wide range of clients, including lenders and title companies, from simple boundary surveys and FEMA elevation certificates to ALTA surveys, subdivision plats and topographic work for engineers.
The firm began in May 1998 as Cornerstone Engineering, a combined civil engineering and surveying office founded by Martin Litteken Jr. After his death in 2016, Brad Litteken took over and the company became Proven Surveying. Its surveyors bring more than 30 years of experience.
