At JR Insulation LLC, our journey is one of hard work, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Founded by Joaquin Martinez in 2016 after 12 years in the insulation industry, our company was built on the belief that customers and employees deserve better, better service, better work environments, and better results.
The Vision
Joaquin started his career as a spray technician, spending eight years mastering the trade before stepping into a project management role for four more years. It was in this role that he met Chad, now our trusted sales manager. Joaquin witnessed firsthand the shortcomings in the industry long lead times, unreliable service, and a lack of commitment to quality. Determined to change that, he set out on his own with just one truck and a single trailer rig, fueled by a vision to create a company that valued both its employees and customers. His focus was on building long term mutually beneficial authentic relationships with clients.
Growth and Expertise
JR Insulation has grown to a team of 45 skilled professionals. We own and operate 20 high-performance spray rigs, fiberglass removal equipment, blown in fiberglass machine, and insulation painting equipment. Our eight crews, each consisting of two highly experienced certified sprayers with a minimum of eight years in the industry, take pride in delivering top-tier results on every project.

JR Insulation proudly serves customers within approximately a 3-hour radius of our location at 1965 N Ray Roberts Parkway in Tioga, Texas. Our service area includes much of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.

Casey Stunkard| Business Relationship Development
Casey brings a diverse and extensive background in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry to his role as Business Relationship Development at JR Insulation. A graduate of Oklahoma State University in 2004 with a BS degree in Engineering Technology, Casey also holds an AAS in Construction Management. Including OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 Certifications. Over the years, he has built a well-rounded skill set through various roles, including Project Manager, Sr. Estimator, Sr. Piping Designer, and Field Supervisor. His experience spans across oil and gas construction, as well as commercial and residential projects, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s needs and challenges.
Casey joined the team in 2019, bringing his expertise in project management, client relations, and business development to his current position. His role focuses on building and nurturing strong business relationships, ensuring that every client receives the highest level of service and support.
Outside of his professional life, Casey enjoys spending time with his wife, Jamie, whom he has been married to for 18 years. Together, they have a blended family of six wonderful children, ranging from 8 to 24 years old. When he’s not working, Casey enjoys attending sporting events with family and friends or spending time outdoors with his three German Shorthaired Pointers at the lake.
Casey’s passion for his work, combined with his dedication to family and community, makes him an asset to both JR Insulation and the clients he serves.
