Online sales open May 1, 2027. Tickets are also sold at every Parade home during tour hours.

How it works
1Buy your ticket
Online from May 1, 2027, or in person at any Parade home.
2Show it at every door
Present your ticket at each home you visit. Keep it with you; it is good for both weekends.
3Tour in any order
Fridays 6–8 PM, Saturdays and Sundays 1–5 PM. Use the Parade map to plan your route.
Good to know
- Children: free, and must be accompanied by an adult.
- Food and drink: no outside food or drink unless provided by the builder.
- Smoking: no smoking or vaping in or around the homes.
- Shoes: shoe covers may be provided at the door. Please stay off the grass and out of any mud.
- Groups and sponsors: ticket bundles are available through the NTHBA office.
- Refunds: tickets are non-refundable.
- Accessibility: homes are new construction and may have steps; call the office with questions.
