The company traces its roots to the early 1900s, when W. F. Turner formed Guarantee Abstract and Title Company. Kolter Lukert has led the company since 2013 and is now owner and CEO.
Policies are underwritten by Stewart Title. The staff includes escrow officers, a funding supervisor and title examiners, and the company describes itself as set up for closings on tight deadlines, from single lots to complex commercial deals.
